TWO of the UK’s favourite chefs will be appearing at the intu shopping centre, Uxbridge, next weekend.

The UK’s youngest head chef Luke Thomas will rustle up up tasty treats live on Saturday, May 30, and Michelin award-winner Jean-Christophe Novelli will show how to create mouth-watering dishes at home on the following day.

As well as watching these experts in action, visitors can sample their dishes, ask them any cooking questions and pose for pictures with them.

Also next weekend, there will be pampering sessions, with mini facials and mini manicures, a Secret Cinema at ODEON, pedal power smoothie-making as well as offers, discounts and prizes to be won, all part of The Big Treat across 16 intu centres.

THE beach is coming to intu Uxbridge on bank holiday Monday, May 25, when the Kids Club play area will be transformed into a beach-themed indoor volley ball area.

Peppa Pig will be making her grand arrival on Tuesday and Wednesday, meeting young fans throughout the day, plus dancing along with the Peppa Steppa. Wristbands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to meet Peppa Pig and can be collected from customer services in the centre.

Little ones can get arty from Thursday to Sunday on intu Uxbridge’s art wall.

Children can come and draw their favourite treats, from toys to sweets, on the wall – with the best ones in with a chance of winning what they drew.
