IF you’re interested in trying out a new sport in Hillingdon, water polo combines swimming and scoring goals and is an Olympic Sport.
You can get involved at Uxbridge Pool on Saturdays, 4-6pm, starting with a free trial session.
Hillingdon Penguins compete in the London Water Polo League at under-14s, under-16 and under-18 levels.
In the past five years, the club has taken teams to France and Belgium and developed players through to county and international standard.
The Penguins want to strengthen their squad so they have enough players to enter the London Youth Games this summer. No previous experience of water polo is required.
Boys and girls aged from 10 years who are confident at swimming in deep water are invited for a trial.
